Graphic. 5 weeks pregnant and bleeding

I am 5 weeks and 2 days and I started spotting 2 nights ago it was just a pinkish brown then I went to the bathroom last night and this came out when I was straining using the bathroom. It was like snotty/mucus. Also this started after having sex. Since then I haven’t really had any spotting. Maybe a small amount of pinkish brown when I wipe. Nothing in the toilet. My dr did hcg labs and my levels were 2090 and they did an internal ultrasound and did see a gestational sac already. Am I having a miscarriage? What should I do? Has anyone else experienced this?
