Placenta previa marginalis
Hey ladies! I went for an ultrasound at 20 weeks and discovered I had marginal placenta previa, I had a second ultrasound yesterday at 24 weeks and it’s still in the same position. For those of you that aren’t familiar with this, it’s where the placenta attaches right next to the cervix and if it doesn’t relocate then a c-section is required in order to prevent the placenta from coming out before the baby does which could cause severe bleeding. Is anyone else going through this now or has in the past who would like to share their experiences with me? Any info is appreciated, I know things can resolve as time progresses but I tend to over analyze everything... thanks in advance. Here’s a pic of my little guy just because... 🥰😍
