Birth Control Help

I have researched many different kinds all with a high infertility rate after use, I'm very interested in having kids; later on. The one I like most is the implant because I know I will forget to take pills everyday. I was just wondering what the best birth control was. I am very active in sports and weightlifting but gaining weight isn't something I'd appreciate at 5 ft.
