Pregnant Healthcare workers

I work at an assisted living slash hospice slash everything else facility LOL and i want to work my entire pregnancy I’m now 21 weeks kind of huge also (stomach) the job does require lots of bending and pulling ! I don’t want to complain to my bf about the job because I don’t want to seem like I don’t want to work because I do , so should I keep working but advice my job that I can no longer assist residents with these needs and only assign me clients who barley needs assistance or should I just switch to a one on one companion case which is less money but more ideal ! My job knows I’m pregnant but idk why they keep assigning me these residents that I have to lift and bend
