NIPT Positive for monosomy x

So I decided after two other children I had which I never got the nipt test done I decided to get it done with this pregnancy at 11 weeks exactly. Yesterday I got a call everything came back low risk and I’m having a girl BUT it came back postive for turners syndrome the genetic counselor said this is 40% positive and could be wrong by 70% ive been a mess ever since anyone else with wrong NIPT for sex abnormalities!? Mind you every ultrasound I’ve had has been normal no concerns at all
