Help😔

I was talking to this guy online but felt he wasn't interested so heeded the advice of a few people and kept my options open. When he asked I was honest and told him I was talking to other and he's freaked out on me and said he didn't think I would do that, that I'm the only one he's been talking to. I feel so bad and guilty, now he wants to talk to other girls which is fair enough but I told him I think we should stop talking because we obviously have trust issues. Bearing in mind I'm not dating him just talking. I should've probably just lied to him about it. But he said he doesn't want to stop talking just wants to talk to other girls. I'm such a stupid hypocritical slut and I think we should stop talking do you agree?
