Okay so i am 25 weeks 3days pregnant with my first baby. I have noticed this past week I have been having heart palpitations usually when I'm going to bed or doing house work. I only drink water so it's not from caffeine I don't think anyways. I was born with a heart murmur so this really concerns me but I don't want to go to the ER or make a huge big deal if this is a normal and common symptom of pregnancy at this stage. Have any of you other mommies had this issue and what did it turn out to be. Please don't just read and not respond this really concerns me.  Also I have called my ob nurse and I'm waiting on her call back.. Also have been seeing black spots and Doctor told me If I have palpitations while seeing the dots to let him know so again I need options/experience
