Was at the gym yesterday when I noticed brown spotting in my underwear? I was so freaked out I went to obgyn.He checked me and said he didn’t see any blood. Since I was 6 weeks there was no heartbeat yet. Ever since yesterday I’ve noticed the same light brown and some speckles when I wipe. No red or pink just brown. Any thoughts? TIA
