I don’t even know

I went in for a dating scan today. Abdominal and vaginal scan & they didn’t see anything.. I’m supposed to be between 4-6 weeks pregnant according to my HCG blood work all the doctor said was I may be “too early” but I don’t think that’s it. 😭
