New to Hashimotos with Hypothyroidism

My husband and I have been ttc for almost 2 years now. We have done 2 rounds of IUI in March and April but then decided I wanted to work on my health and try to get a diagnosis for my autoimmune disease before we try our last round of IUI before moving to IVF. Well I was finally diagnosed with hashimotos with hypothyroidism. Does anyone have any success stories after starting their thyroid medications? I could use a pick me up
