10 weeks postpartum


I been battling with blood pressure slowly getting off labetalol but I still have spikes here and there. Sometimes it get to 136/90 . I'm also dealing with high cholesterol. Any tips on what I should do ?????? Comment please . I work out 2-3 times a week and I cut out fried foods and a lot of saturated fats. Mostly eat salmon, fruits, bake fish , bake chicken, and some veggies . Currently taking fish oil supplements . Any way I can get both down without taking medication?
