Why do I get all the really phyco, crazy Karen's at work? I literally had this lady walk up to me screaming at me about her car. She didn't tell me what car was her car but expected me to tell her about her car. I probably looked like a deer in headlights because I was literally blindsided had absolutely no clue what was going on. Even other customers made comments on her behavior. She was taken care of but there was absolutely no reason to walk up to someone screaming in their face. Seriously think she may have been on something. I honestly feel sorry for her little kid she had with her.
