HR Professionals! Help please 😁

Hi ladies,

So I'm 23 and I'm planning to do a master's degree. I really feel passionate about learning and development (L&D) and I want to do a master's degree for the same.

Can someone please recommend the best masters courses?

I have done my bachelor's in Psychology with a specialization in HR. I was planning on going forward with a Master's in organisational/work/business psychology.

But from my research, I've come across so many other paths. Some of them are:

- MBA in HRM

- MSc Organizational Development (OD)

- CIPD (still not sure if I'm eligible for level 5 or 7)

Also, can a CIPD certification substitute a Master's degree? Or is it only meant to compliment it?

If it helps, I am based in Dubai, and I have a UK bachelor's degree.
