My MIL gifted us with a peloton and we just set it up this week and I’m already obsessed! I am doing the 20 min pregnancy rides and the 10 min arms, mostly. Is it possible to go too hard and actually do any harm to baby? I have heard new info that you don’t really have to limit your exercise in pregnancy the was it used to be recommended, but my bit of concern is just that I wasn’t doing anything aside from walking and toting my 42 lb kiddo around. Anyone else have insight on this?
