Hot flashes?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and ->>>
Where I live is currently under heat warning, I’m talking +34 and up. Might not be terrible for some people but we don’t have air conditioning. I have found ways to keep my body temperature low. however, I do experience short moments where I’m sooooooo hot I feel nauseous and it’s not even a nice hot… it’s unexplainable and uncomfortable . Wtf is that? Just a hot flash or is it my baby doing something.
