What’s for dinner tonight?

What are you feeding your thirteen month olds? I feel like an absolute failure I need to make him a more nutritious dinner but I’m not sure what to make him that wouldn’t take an hour. We’re staying with friends right now so cooking isn’t easy.

Tonight was a whole mess, so he had leftover egg noodles + ramen along with a LOT of mango.

Omelettes are a great, quick, nutritious dinner in this house!! Throw in any leftover meat/veg you have, a few eggs, cheese, bit of milk - done within 10 mins!

I just feed my kids what I eat. Tonight, it was honey garlic salmon over basmati rice, lemon garlic asparagus, and potato wedges. I think the asparagus took like 10 minutes and the salmon took about 30. Potato wedges took an hour. 
Usually wouldn't make the potato wedges with it, but the oldest of my 3 (he's 4.5) is probably going to refuse the fish and asparagus and he's been throwing up all day because he wouldn't eat dinner yesterday and I just want him to feel better. My 2 y/o and my 1 y/o will eat anything, though.
Do you have a crockpot? If I am really busy or just feel like doing something easy, I use my crockpot. There are a ton of different recipes that take like 10-15 minutes to throw in the crockpot then cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8. Quick for the prepping part and requires no checking up on. Plus it makes meat really tender and shreddable so it's easy for babies to eat. I use it a lot during the winter but not much during the summer unless I am feeling burnt out.
