So I am about 6 weeks along and 2 days ago I started bleeding. Not a lot mostly when I wipe but still kinda like a period just not enough to go onto a bad or anything. I got into the doctor yesterday and they found a heartbeat but it was a little on the slower side. I hoped the bleeding would stop and I could maybe calm down until my next appointment to check if baby is growing but so far it's still going. I will wipe and it will be bright red then the next dark and then maybe brown and then it starts over again and I can't help but keep thinking the worst.... has anyone actually had like a period after finding out they were pregnant? I want to keep my hopes up that everything will be fine but it's so hard with the bleeding continuing 💔 if anyone has some good stories or just good vibes I would appreciate it so much
