Hidranitis Suppurativa is what i mean. i have big thighs that rub together AND have sensitive skin. summer is hell for me. i’ve been trying to get rid of these but haven’t had any luck. i currently don’t have insurance and am trying to avoid going to the doctors. any advice? :(

Maybe exfoliating. I deal with very aggressive bumps too. And exfoliating is the only thing to help. But you can always ask your doctor for a steroid cream!
