Period help!

Hey everyone,

I had my daughter back in January 2021 and I got a tubal the next day because she was my 4th kid and I was shutting the factory down. Since my period returning (maybe 2 months after having her), my periods have been coming every 3 weeks. I started tracking them and noticed they are now every 2-3 weeks apart- between ending one and starting another.. The cramps are BAD.

Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions? My husband thinks birth control is a bad idea for me when I suggested it to regulate everything. Should I talk to my doctor?
