Hernia near belly button but not IN IT

I am 23 weeks pregnant. We think I have a hernia, it started about a half in above and to one side of my belly button and now it’s increased and grow more to the side and is above the belly button also.

Doctor said it feels like a hernia but is in a weird spot… so just watching since it is not causing pain or any issues. Just curious if anyone else has had hernias around the belly button and what they used to help!!! Its becoming more uncomfortable but due to job change we don’t have insurance until next month.
