Hiding Pregnancy at Work

Well I got sick for the first time at work today. Not fun. Any advice on hiding pregnancy at the office? How long are folks waiting to tell their employers? My boss wants me to commit to business travel in late June and July (due Aug 11) not sure if I can travel that late in my pregnancy. Advice?
