7DPO Question

So maybe TMI, but I’ve never experienced this before. I went to go pee this morning I felt really wet so I wiped before I peed and there was like this orangish/ pink discharge on the paper. After I peed I didn’t have anymore discharge or bleeding that I noticed. I hate to symptom spot, but does this sound like implantation bleeding? I feel like 7DPO is really too early to start spotting for my period. It was such a little amount, I might have missed if I wasn’t paying attention.
