Birth Control Baby?

So I had the mirena taken out a month ago due to it moving 🙃. I got on the pill took it faithfully! I started feeling pregnant ( i have two earth side and two angel babies my body always seems to let me know I'm pregnant early lol) but yeah I'm PREGNANT. These dpo are guesses as I am going off the water pills and when you're supposed to get a period? It took me over two years to get pregnant with my first. Like we had to be seen by someone who specializes in fertility. How does this even happen. This entire situation is mind blowing lol. My husband is dead set on only wanting two. I was dead set on only wanting two. I haven't told him yet. I'm so nervous. I'm getting blood work today to officially confirm. Guys... I just need a hug lol.
