I thought I had a nice group of friends, we've known each other for 4 years now and we hang out quite a lot... But I was really disappointed by their birthday present for me - they got me a basket full of various craft beers. I'm not saying it's not a cute gift, but it's not for me because - I don't even like beer. I've never drank beer in front of them and I don't know where they got the idea I might like that. Honestly, I think someone's dad might have got it and they regifted it to me. I'm honestly so sad... I know it might sound petty, but I'm the kind of person who always puts a lot of thought into every gift and when we buy gifts for other people in the group, it's always carefuly thought out, so this makes me really sad to think they put zero thought into it ☹️
