How much whole milk does baby need ?

When transitioning from formula to whole milk do they get the same amount of ounces as formula? How do I serve whole milk? She’s always had her formula room temperature she eats the ready to feed pre made bottles

16-24 oz per day. We usually offer it when she wakes up, with meals, and before bed. You don't really have to be perfect about measuring it or anything. Our daughter was also doing room temp formula so we had to warm her milk for about 10 seconds for the first 2ish weeks so it was similar in temp to her formula.

Baby doesn’t need whole milk at all. You can transition to water if they are eating well or stay on formula if easier. I’d be wary of switching to the same amount as cows milk can displace other nutrients in their diet like iron and lead to anemia.
