Didnt know i was pregnant

So i was on the birth control pill and i work night shifts so sometimes id be so tired and would forget to take it. Anyways i found out im pregnant today and i took a pill this past whole week. Should i worry? I found out because i have been vomiting every day when i wake up and feeling so sick i thought i had covid but my mom. Said i dont. Anyways i didnt think i was because i had some light bleeding for like 2 or 3 days this week . i dont take them anymore but is the baby fine i found out im 8 week
