Help please
Looking for some advice, I’m 12 weeks 2 days pregnant, last night I finished my last canesten pessary, I inserted it over 24 hours ago I left a panty liner on to monitor it, I’ve just been to the toilet and noticed a tiny spot of blood, but nothing when I wiped, has anyone had this before please??
