Checking your cervix???

So my bf and I are trying to conceive and the app asks me if I checked my cervix. Stupid question I'm sure but how do I do that?! Idk what I'm feeling for or what to do

Google it, there are step by step instructions "cervix early pregnancy" it'll tell you thr difference between Cervix when ovulating, prior to af, and early pregnancy. 
While yes, bbt and cervical mucus can help you to find out when ovulating, the cervix is just another way to check for early pregnancy when af hasn't arrived and all your tests are negative.

Easy way is sitting on the toilet use your pointer finger....it gets better range of motion. Once your inside your looking for position can you feel your cervix closer to the opening of your vagina(low) or is it up closer to the back if your vagina(high). Or in-between(medium) also looking for cervical mucus... Incert a second finger and rub it around your cervix or close to it and remove your fingers now observe them is there not much if anything on them(dry) do your fingers kinda stick together when you pull them apart(sticky) are they really wet but that's it(watery) when you pull your fingers apart does your  cm string across both and kinda stretchy(egg white) if your cervix is open or closed  at the tip of your cervix is an opening when you feel it with your finger is the opening very small(closed) or does the tip of your finger go inside the  hole slightly(medium) does your finger tip just go inside the tip  of your cervix(open) lastly is your cervix soft medium or firm....use two fingers feel the tip of your cervix place it between the two fingers and squeeze them together slightly does your cervix have spring back or is firm(hard) does your cervix have some slight spring back but not hard or firm(medium) or is your cervix flexible and feel like warm playdoh(soft)

Hope this helps y'all I got all this through practice and looming up many different things to help me figure it out when I started useing thus app about 8 months ago.

I've just been using the app today was my peak day so hopefully it'll happen 😊 I had my iud taken out November 2nd so fingers crossed!

I don't bother, it's too hard to tell where it's at! there's other ways you can check for ovulation like checking cm, using opks or recording bbt.
