Help? Sore on scar

I'm going to go to urgent care tomorrow after work. I had an ingrown hair on my scar I absently picked at. I'm trying to figure out if this is from that or if my scar is opening. I'm almost 8m postpartum from my vbac date and a little over 4m away from my c-section date. Has anyone had their scar open after vbac? We haven't necessarily been being super careful so im worried if I do end up pregnant in the near future if it could be affected. I haven't had much sleep in awhile and struggling with PPD/PPA so it probably seems more of an issue to me than it really is.
