Anyone a physical trainer here?
Is it supposed to be this painful to squat? My lower back, my hips, my knees, and ankles hurt. I have never squatted a day in my life. I’ve recorded myself to check my form and it seems okay. My back stays straight and I can get enough depth. I have to do a semi wide stance to squat. But I also feel like my knees want to internally rotate. Or they cave in. This is just with body weight or 15lb dumbbells
