7WKS Today

I'm 7wks today, and I still have no morning sickness. My nipples are sore some days, and not on other days. I get slight cramps here and there, but nothing significant. I can't get in to see my OB until August 25th which would mean I would be about 10wks, if this app is right. I saw my regular physician a little over a week ago and she confirmed that I was in fact pregnant. There are so many emotions surrounding this pregnancy; I want this baby so badly. I'm nervous that I'm not really experiencing many symptoms at 7wks. Has anyone else had this issue?
