I’m sorry I feel silly asking this but I’m 19 a single ftm and I just told my family I’m pregnant and they reacted in a negative way and I’m in tears I can’t help it I’m just really upset right now

Almost nothing u do will cause a miscarriage!!!  U could fall really hard n it could but still its pretty protected in there! Or if u accidently ate something u shouldnt that made u really sick it could cause issues. But even still those arent things u would intentionally do. Miscarriage happens all the time! And it is never your fault!  So try not to even think about it until u have a reason too!  U can still cry, dance, exercise, swim, have sex, clean the house. Whatever u did before hand!

No crying in and of itself will not cause you to mc. But extreme stress can SOMETIMES cause your body to react negatively. So try to breathe. I’m sorry that your a young mom that doesn’t have the support of her family at this time. Hopefully, time is all you need for everyone to process this life change and come together. Best wishes!!
