Subchorionic hemorrhage at 8 weeks

I went to the doctor today. Had a vaginal ultrasound. Baby is measuring fine and has a good heart rate. The doctor said there was a subchorionic hemorrhage. He told me not to worry. But obviously I’m worrying! I saw it- it seemed big but he didn’t give me a measurement. I’m so worried. I haven’t had any bleeding. Small spotting maybe 2 weeks ago. Anyone have any similar stories?

I had IVF by the way which I’m reading it’s common with but I’m so scared to have another miscarriage.
