For mom postpartum care suggestions?!

Suggestions for after care! Peri sprays, depends, sitz bath, ice pads etc. what’s the best brand or the best thing that you used! I’m preparing for a non medicated birth, anything helps please and
 thank you!

I don’t have good product advice, but I will say that you should try to prepare for the worst. I planned a “natural” birth for my first baby and ended up with an emergency c-section due to complications I could have never imagined. I wish I had brought flip flops to the hospital, or some other shoes that don’t require any bending to get on. Luckily I brought a maxi dress to go home in because I didn’t like having anything over my incision, and it was easy to slip over my head. I loved Depends Silhouette for my postpartum bleeding.

I use these and I also used a spray they gave me at the hospital oh and when they give you the pad with the ice in it use it that pad with ice will numb you and eases your pain I had my last child no meds at all and I believe your body handles it way better than when you have all the meds hope this helps you
