When to test??

Question

Ok so I'm 18 dpo and 2 days late for AF... I have this gut feeling I'm pregnant... Everything feels so off/different and I'm so nauseous and have ZERO energy... I'm trying everything to not stress or get my hopes up. How long after your period was due should you wait to test? I'm afraid to test too soon and get disappointed if it's negative.

You can take a test now and I'm pretty sure it would come up positive if you are indeed pregnant :)

I tested 2 days after missed period and got a super faint positive. I waited another 48 hours and got super clear positives! So really 5 days after my missed AF. I guess it all depends on how many tests you have and are willing to take lol I had a bunch of just those test strips so I tested with those first then I saved my more expensive test for later
