Miscarriage?

A couple days ago (after sex) I had 3 small blood clots & a little bit of bleeding (a dark red/brownish color). The next day I had a little more of the dark red/brownish blood. Im not bleeding anymore & have no cramps. Ive had a miscarriage before & it was nothing like this , but im just wondering does this sound like the start of a miscarriage or is it normal? This is my 4th pregnancy & ive never had bleeding before.
