EllaOne will work for her??

So my friend took EllaOne 4 day after unprotected sex and it was 3days after her ovulation. She took it and 2 hours later she throwing up. This will work for her to not get pregnant??

From what I remember, you’re only supposed to take it up to 3 days later and gets less effective as time goes on even in that time frame

I’ve took Ella one b4 and it’s horrific, instantly regretted taking it!
I was told by the person that gave it me that the sooner you take it after sex the more effective it is, also if you take it after ovulation it’s not as effective as you have potentially already ovulated and the pill only works to stop ovulation but if the eggs already released the pill won’t work basically! 
If she has been sick and trust me this pill makes you feel like crap with sickness, the lady told me if I vomit then I would need to take another Ella one tablet ASAP! 
I was also told that I should have the Coil fitted as the Ella one tablet won’t be effective and the coil stops a pregnancy from attaching to the uterus wall but I took my chances and stuck with the pill.
I bleed almost instantly after taking the tablet, had cramps and the worst headaches for days my period did come eventually I was 4 days late but had a negative test for pregnancy but she needs to go back to whoever she got the tablet from basically and get advice 👍🏻
