12 dpo symptoms?

I feel pregnant but then it goes away. got a BFN yesterday. Implantation happened around 10 dpo was it early to test or I'm out? AF due in two days or so. Can someone sharw with me 12 dpo symptoms and if they gotten a negative and then positive.

Some women don't get a positive until well after their missed period. So don't give up hope unless AF shows. And even if that happens, there is always next month :) my only symptom thus far (I'm currently 16 weeks) has been sore/huge breasts which I noticed even before I missed my period (about a week before) and the soreness went away around 8 weeks, but they are still huge. Everyone is different when it comes to symptoms though. Best of luck and baby dust!!

I had absolutely no symptoms until around 6 weeks... i was shocked that my test was positive! then the sore boobs and nausea showed up and never left! lol
