Morning Scare!

So this morning I woke up with nonstop cramping at 330 am I decided to go to the hospital because I noticed some bright pink spotting. I was terrified as the dr said it sounds like your body is trying to miscarry. So they do pelvic exam and ultrasound I prayed the entire time I was laying there and then the dr does an ultrasound he said I see a lot of cardiac activity thank god and my cervix is closed as well God is good! Just need to take it easy now. I'm 6 weeks 3 days
