So my son just turned 17 months a few days ago and he’s not talking very much. He can say “mom, dad, baby, yes and hi” but he’s not interested in trying to say anything else. He try’s very hard to communicate with us other ways and point at what he wants and nudge towards it but I’m alittle worried that he doesn’t want to talk. I’ve been doing research and trying to incorporate new things into our routine that can help with communication but he doesn’t really want anything to do with it. Anyone else going through this or have any advice? Am I just being too harsh and is this normal at this age?
