I have had morning sickness from day one to the point I can't keep even crackers down I went to my doctor yesterday and even voiced my concerns to him and he said I would be fine to just wait and see if it gets better I am almost 15 weeks and haven't gained any weight is there anything over the counter I can take to maybe help ease my stomach that's safe for the baby
