Bloody-mucus like poop?

Before I post this, yes I know I need to take him to the doctor and I will do that I am just looking for some advice right now.

Almost 2 weeks ago my 1 year old son had a little bit of blood/mucus in his poop. It was a little hard so I just assumed it was due to straining. He just did the same thing again, only this time the poop was not hard. He does not act like anything hurts or anything is wrong at all so I don't know what is going on. Not sure if it matters, but he was diagnosed with RSV a few days ago. Any ideas??
