Cramps way before period

My ovulation day was on the 31st, My baby was home for a few days (he has been staying with my mother in law since her husband past a few months ago so we haven't beenspending alot of time together) we had sex on the 30th and the 31st with no problems. But after we had sex on the 1st I began cramping and it has been going on ever since. Off and on but still cramps i normally don't feel them until the day before my period. Last time that happened i had twins😂 all joking aside more concerned just could use a little advice
