Pelvic pains

So I’ve been having left and right pelvic pain followed with lower back pain and I’ve been to urgent care once and ER twice because of it and they never gave me really any answers and never mentioned any cysts. I don’t know if eating has to do with it but it always seems to start hurting after eating. Has anyone experienced this? And have any slight answer. I go to the gynecologist august 17th (the soonest I could get) so it’s really just a waiting game for now :(
