Cold sore

Super weird question but for those who get cold sores, usually the first sign is more of a tingling feeling near the spot of the sore. I always get mine on my bottom right side of my lip and usually once every year or so. However this whole day, right below my right nostril really above the lip area has been tingling on and off ... isn’t this too far from my usual cold sore area to be a cold sore in the making???? Or could this still be a cold sore coming?
