Help! Endo and cerazette and wtt!

I've been on cerazette for almost 3 months to control endo, seems to be helping some of the symptoms which is great though I initially had a 26 day bleed and lots of cramping. I take it religiously at same time every night as we are waiting for hubby to pass his probation period in new job before ttc but this last week or two I'm bloated, I've been and felt sick, I've had dizzy spells and my boobs kill. Despite taking it religiously is it possible I could be pregnant?? 

I have no idea where I am in my cycle either due to this pill and endo so can't log anything properly. 

Anybody in similar position or previously similar position able to shed any light on firstly if I could be pregnant and secondly how to get ready to ttc. Thanks in advance!
