Orgasam with accreta?

Does anyone know if it’s safe to have an orgasam with placenta accreta. I’m emotionally drained. I’m 30 week and have a low lying anterior placenta that finally moved up to 2 away from cervix at 28 weeks. I was put on pelvic rest at 20 weeks. I won’t hAve another ultrasound till 32 weeks to check again but on my last one it showed I have accreta right above my bladder.

Not having sex for 10 weeks has been extremely hard with my husband and now this morning I caught him watching porn on his phone and it made me so upset. I’ve had anxiety all day long where I almost can’t breathe. That and the stress of everything else going on where I might have to have a cesarean hysterectomy delivery at 36 weeks. And it has me scared to death that I won’t back it through the surgery. I’m literally terrified.

Anyone else in my position or know if it’s safe to at least have an orgasam to help with stress. I don’t want to hurt baby in any way but like I said I’m emotionally drained.
