What can I do about this?

I cut my dad off because he’s selfish, disrespectful to my boyfriend and says extremely harmful things. I’ve been trying to get him to send or even let my mom pick up my belongings for several months. He’ll say they have it then say they don’t have it. He gave my mom a bag a few days ago and it ended up being trash and 2 shirts. He claims they still have boxes full of my clothes so why tf won’t he give it to me or my mom? I already said I’d pay for my things to be sent. At this point they’re playing a childish game and I want my stuff. A lot of it has sentimental value. Im a whole adult, 21 years old and I live in another state. What can I legally do about this because I’m getting tired of this crap?

At that point just go buy new stuff. They clearly aren't going to give you the items.

Call the police, have them escort you to the house, and they will wait there so that you can get your things tell them that your father is keeping your belongings from you, you no longer have contact with him, due to exactly what you said, but you want your belongings, you’ve been asking them for several months, and it’s time that you went to the house and got them yourself. Call the local police where your father lives. It’s the same thing when there’s problems with domestic situations with people who live together husband and wife etc.

Befriend your enemy is the only way to possibly gain access. Apologize or whtever u have to do to win the favor of your father to send your things. May be hard but may be the only way.
