Trouble breathing ?

Im 29 weeks ? Is anyone else having trouble breathing ? It’s not constant .. every here and now again ?

i'll be laying down & all of a sudden get super light headed & i have to make myself breathe for a minute with full concentration. makes me nervous every time!

Yes😭 especially when I’ve been walking around or standing for awhile. And definitely when baby moves closer to my back!

Yep, sometimes when babe moves up some it makes it really hard for me to breathe. As long as it isn't constant, I wouldn't be worried 😊

Yes it will suddenly hit me and I will struggle for a few minutes to catch my breathe. I try to remind myself that it is normal so I don’t have a panic attack 😅

Yeppp. I have to sit or at down in certain positions otherwise I’m gasping for breath

Yep! It’s common as baby gets bigger and bigger. I stay out of breath LOL
