Help me I think I'm pregnant 😭😩

Okay so I'm currently on the birthcontrol pill called Sprintec and I was reading in the pamphlet and it said missing a period is very uncommon . I had unprotected sex about 2 weeks ago and he didn't pull out so I'm freaking out should I or do you think it's nothing ?
